Description
Luxury historic residence in the hills of Pistoia
Hills of Pistoia, between Lucca and Florence, elegant 18th century villa with private chapel, recently renovated to combine the most modern technologies and comforts without altering its indisputable historical charm.
The villa was built on commission from the noble Ubaldini family, whose coat of arms remains on the sides of the pediment of the chapel's altar. In 1776, ownership of the villa passed to the Pitti family, one of the most influential families in Florence, and then, by inheritance, to the Amerighi counts in the early 19th century.
The residence is on three levels with an internal surface area of 2100 m2 with 20 suites elegantly furnished in Tuscan style, 25 bathrooms and several wonderful living areas: it is currently partly used as a luxury accommodation facility.
The villa immersed in a 55,000 m2 park has a restaurant where you can taste typical Tuscan dishes, a bar and a cellar with selected fine labels.
Inside the park there are several relaxation areas, equipped with gazebos and sunbeds, located around the splendid travertine marble swimming pool.
The large spaces allow helicopter landing, guaranteeing privacy, which is also why in recent times the property has hosted leading figures on an international level.
